marvellous and lovely location on simpson bay, you can walk everywhere. furthermore, its short walk to all nearby restaurant, and airport and supermarkets. all the rooms are updated and the staff is pleasant and exceptional.

The location was nice, for example, Simpson Bay Lagoon was just a short walk away from the hotel. The room was beautifully maintained and well-appointed and had a magnificent view of the bay.

Facilities were very nice modern, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Incredible and astonishing breakfasts.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Reasonably sized room with an extremely comfy bed. Efficient check-in, particularly good and gorgeous location not far from restaurants/grocery stores and beaches, the local restaurants, and an amazing beach area.

Central location - walking distance to a movie theater and a tower. Friendly customer care, parking onsite.

Their rooms are always modern and functional with dryers, a fully furnished kitchen, parts of the island.

The hotel needs a little tlc.

I had awesome breakfast. The room was well-equipped and a nice size and with a coffeemaker and a toaster at your disposal, unbelievable view of the bay. It was in a comfortable and best possible location not far from the beautiful island of St Maarten, the store, and Sint Maarten. Easily reached Wasabi Charlie, located relatively close to the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

This hotel is huge with incredibly nice and welcoming staff and awesome food. Amazing, favourable location to all nearby restaurant. Based close enough to seating areas, and many great restaurants with authentic delicious food. Totally really great stay on vacation.

Wi-Fi was terrible.

Clean, family-friendly hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed reasonably large and functional rooms and amiable staff. I was there for 7 nights and ate at beach restaurant which had awesome food. The location was marvellous and fab - just 5 minutes' walk from a scenic beach. It also was to what I saw driving around the island. The venue took care of the top-notch service. You could leave a car on-site. I had a very comfortable stay.

Family-friendly hotel with very responsive staff and great views at sunrise and sunset. Absolutely perfect and stunning setting, close to restaurants and bars. Fabulous base for trip in Simpson Bay.

The location was perfect and the free parking was on site. Plus, it was approx 15 mins walk from Simpson bay beach.

Nice food, supper friendly staff in the management. Location close enough to the island and beaches, the ocean/bay to Buccaneers Beach Bar and airport and village of Simpson Bay.

I was offered a room with great views of the bay and the marina.

The hotel was in a perfect and nice location so close to the center of Simpson Bay, grocery stores for those that like to cook and eat in and the " big " boutiques for what we wanted it for. Café La Sucriere located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The room was brand-new, with safe and wonderful views of the bay...

The rooms are large and functional and have decent view of the marina and the peaceful ocean front. The location is marvellous and lovely, at a short distance from Simpson Bay Lagoon.

We stayed in a comfortable room right on the beach in a building that hasn't been updated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. The resort had a beach bar, restaurants, deli-grocery, and a casino just steps away. We enjoyed a sunset cruise that departed from the resort. The location was near the cruise ship terminal, making it convenient for exploring the rest of the island in January.

The rooms could use some updating in terms of decor and amenities.
